安装PRO/E许可证服务器不能启动需要注意的问题

我用的是64位的Vista，安装时也是这样的提示（见下图），
但是我在C:\program files\flexnet\licensing\目录下找不到ptclmgrd.log
我装的是ProE Wildfire 3.0 M100 64位 Vista版
