Resolutions:
This issue happened when there are two different versions of Pro/ENGINEER installed on one machine and they are share the same cache.
To resolve this issue, there are two ways:
One way is to delete the cache before startup Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0.
>> Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator(or your login name)\Application Data\PTC\ProENGINEER\Wildfire\.wf, delete the .wf folder.
>> If you had set system environment PTC_WF_ROOT, please delete the folder under PTC_WF_ROOT.
The other way is to add system environment at Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0 startup command.
>> Open the Pro/ENGINEER startup file .psf (at <proe_loadpoint>\bin folder) with wordpad, add a line "ENV=PTC_WF_ROOT=D:\workspace\windchill\Forwf4", the value D:\workspace\windchill\Forwf4 is the path for writing cache |
