根据ISO和GB标准，重新修改制作Creo 11.0.5.0工程图配置

Creo 11.0.5.0虽然自带配置文件，文件名为cns_cn.dtl，但是，出图时有许多地方不满足企业作图要求。业余时间，根据ISO和GB标准，并结合自身的实践需求，对cns_cn.dtl进行了部分修改，并对有疑问的地方，增加了说明。
由于该工作量大，难免有疏忽的地方。下载后，请根据自身需要，进行修改或订正。
