3.0M120启动没有反映

我安装的是pro/e3.0 M120，但是安装后双击桌面的图标没有任何反映，并且也没有错误报告，时怎么回事啊，请高手指点，谢谢！！
我原来装了一次可以使用，前几天打开后出现**-9的错误，我卸载之后再重装就成了现在这种问题，以前我装的4.0也出现同样的问题，我才重新下了个3.0的，没想到又出现同样的错误，郁闷啊。

兄弟，我那天和你一样，安装好PRO/E后。运行没反映。照论坛的解决方法做了也不起什么作用。没办法！我重新下载了一个安装包。第二次才一次装上了。我劝你也重新下载一个安装包，比如下个3.0M150。试一下！
