proE无法安装成中文版

各位老大  我用的是版本比较低的proe2.0  按照教程安装了不下10遍  
环境变量也改了 完全是按教程安装的   可运行后还是英文版的  
在底下有行字 Proe could not initialize the specified locale "CHS" and has reverted to running in English.  
Please check the locale settings before re-launching Pro/e  
这怎么回事啊  我的系统式XP  盗版的番茄花园
我是实在没办法了  各位大虾帮帮忙

看看你的系统变量有没有《lang=chs》

改不了中文
