Proe v3.0 M030安装后运行出现Waring怎么解决！！

第一次用Proe，下载了一个PTC.Pro.Engineer.Wildfire.v3.0.M030-ZWTiSO版本，按照网上的安装说明仔细安装了几次都没成功，运行时弹出一个Waring Message List：
license request failed for feature PROE_200:-97:
The desired vendor daemon is down.
